[RITSlist] Red Color of Three Rock Island Locos

I'm sorry that you attach no credence to the info, but
the ptoof id in the photo that Jim Neubauer described
in Remember the RO)CK issue 2 # 3.  The photo is from
the CRI&P Public Relations file.
