[RITSlist] Trackage Rights on the D&RG(W)

I don't know the correct answer to the question, but I
have visited the RR museum in Pueblo (on the tour from
the Colorado Springs RITS convention) where several
photos of Rocl Island trains are displayed.  
No doubt they would have the answer to your quesion.
