[RITSlist] Trackage Rights on the D&RG(W)

According to Colorado Rail Annual No. 17 the agreement started Feb. 15 1888.  When things changed some with UP, CRI&P no longer ran trains between Denver and Colorado Springs in 1889 in a trade out deal when CRI&P was allowed to run on UP.
On page 82 of the book the last incident the author mentioned for RI in Pueblo is in 1912, but that doesn't mean that was the last year they were there.
I suspect it wasn't long after that they they stopped service there.
