I need a little info about RI 7975-7989 series Covd Hoppers. Were these 15 cars ever in assigned service? What commodities were hauled? Were they delivered with the 18" block letters like 7987 pictured on p15 of Vol 2007 Issue 1 of The Rocket? Were any repainted using emblem or 30" letters? Any info or photos would be appreciated.
